Austin Gough

Austin Gough is the President and CEO of CIAP. He is a passionate and caring leader and a true advocate for older adults. He is leading our movement to ensure graceful and independent aging for every individual.

Ian Chevier

Ian Chevrier Graduated with his master's in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University. His passion for working with older adults led him to positions in rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, senior living, and in-home therapy. Ian is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and Home Accessibility and Safety Therapist (HAST). His goal is to help people remain in their homes safely. His favorite part of working with clients is collaborating with them and their families to problem solve and overcome barriers to safety and independence.

Corey Wiegand

Corey Wiegand is CIAP's Chief Financial Officer. He brings his corporate experiences to lead and facilitate continual enhancements and transparency in financial management, human resources, information technology to the organization.
